Charges
Residents pay contributions towards the cost of accommodation and the services provided.
The weekly maintenance contribution ifor the Flats, bedsits and Houses is shown below.
Residents are responsible for council tax, electricity, television licence and telephone services.
The Clerk to the Trustees and the Warden will give assistance to residents in applying for Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit where eligible.
Flats:
£86 per week which includes a weekly heating charge of £6
Bedsits:
£60 per week which includes a weekly heating charge of £6
Houses:
£84 per week residents responsible for all other paymens
