New Development Church Walk Ludlow
The developement of the four new one Flats are due to be completd by October 2016
Each Unit willl be approximetly 500 square feet with a shared entrance they will be strictly functional and easy to maintain.
The site is located on Church Walk Ludlow, a pedestrian footpath that skirts around the south and east sides of St Laurence's churchyard. The site lies to the rear of nos. 9-10 King Street and 1-5 Bull Ring but is seperated from these properties by a private pedestrian access.
The developement is being undertaken by the Hall Garth Trust and on completion will be handed over to the Hosyer-Foxe Charity.
When available the Hosyer-Foxe Charity will duly advertise the vacancies.
